Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End
Parking lot was well lit and safe, did have to pay for parking. Room was just a regular hotel room. Gym and pool area were really nice. They have one interior pool that was big and had nice seating areas around it. The outdoor pool was not open yet but we still sat outside and it is a very nice area. ...

The minute we arrived we had problems. We had to get a plumber because the toilet didn’t work after driving 10 hrs to get there was enough the for the bathroom not to work.
