With a large back deck and an airy interior boasting vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace, this lovely home offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Take a stroll down the Four Mile Creek Greenway, indulge in some thrill-seeking at Carowinds, or experience the sights and sounds of Uptown — all within 13 miles. At the end of the day, fire up the gas grill for a meal under the stars.

Great house in good area. The house was actually a duplex, but there was plenty of privacy. Older two level property that could use some updates, but it was clean and convenient. Very safe area, close to shopping and restaurants, and walkable. Property manager was easy to communicate with and vey accommodating.

Wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood near the Greenway. This condo offered plenty of space for our family to unwind after a day at Carowinds which was just 20 minutes away. Very clear, easy instructions shared by the host.

Meets our needs
We’ve stayed here several times. House is accommodating and location works well for us. Host was very responsive. Property needs updating, but it was sufficient for what we needed and we didn’t spend a lot of time there. If you need the space and the location works well for you, this may be a good fit.
