The space
This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home comes equipped with; 2 King Beds, 2 eating areas, a beautiful large sunporch, an updated living room space with a large smart-TV, a comfortable dedicated workspace, an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a new vanity with storage, a spacious kitchen with a dedicated coffee area, stackable washer and dryer, 2 large closets with hangers, & a fully fenced back yard and fenced front yard.

- Parking: Room for 3-4 tandem cars parking in the driveway. Additional parking is available on one side of the street (follow city parking signs).

Steps away from Freedom Park and great East Blvd. shopping and restaurants! A few blocks from Atrium / CMC Main, 1.1 miles from Uptown, 2.1 miles from Novant / Presbyterian Main, 2.8 miles from Bank of America Stadium, and 9.2 miles from the Airport.
**Pet fee is $250 for 2 nights or less, then $10/night for additional nights, up to a maximum of $275. Request for pet fee for additional nights (>2) will be sent separately after your reservation is confirmed. If evidence of an undisclosed pet is found after checkout, a $375 pet fine will be charged.

Amazing property. Comfortable beds, had everything we needed. The only complaint was I could not reach the owner for a code to get inside of the property, and to see if we could have a late checkout. But the company VRBO were able to help me with the code very quickly. Thanks for the great stay.

Perfect location
This house is a must-book based on location alone. Walkable to Freedom Park. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to most things in the city. This had everything we were looking for, and the furnishings were comfortable too. Would book again.

By far the BEST VRBO we have ever rented!
Our son lives in uptown so we wanted a place to stay close to him (and a place we could bring our dog). We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this may be my all time favorite!! The screen porch is heavenly!!! We spent most of our time there. It overlooks a beautiful, private yard - so relaxing and just perfect! We walked our dog at Freedom Park which is just around the corner and gorgeous!! My husband is from Charlotte and used to play soccer there as a kid so great memories too. The house was spotless and well stocked with anything and everything you would need. The neighborhood is breathtaking, extremely safe, and centrally located to the park and many great restaurants and shops. I just hope that it is available every time we go to visit family!! This will definitely be our go-to!! The host was very friendly and great communication. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!

George Strait concert @ Bank of America stadium
Property was perfect for a girls trip. Clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, nice shower, relaxing sunroom, all necessary supplies, lovely neighborhood near points of interest. Entry code provided did not work; Vrbo connected with owner and promptly resolved remotely. Would definitely stay here again!
