Welcome to the Fabulous Fourth Ward Flat located in one of Fourth Ward's most unique homes in the center of everything Uptown Charlotte has to offer. Home to stunning views of the Charlotte skyline, Fourth Ward Park, and some of Uptown's most historic architecture, this well-appointed apartment offers everything you'll need for a fabulous stay in the Queen City.

As you enter the Flat you will be greeted by a charming living room with a large futon, sitting chairs, a 40" TV offering satellite & streaming, and happy colorful decor. In the kitchen, you will find appliances, spacious counter-tops, diningware, and all the cooking essentials you could possibly need to make a perfect meal! A washer and dryer are located inside the Flat, so there is no need to go home with dirty laundry! The spacious bedroom features a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, a lap-top friendly work space, plush bathrobes, and exquisite bed linens.

The Flat offers your own private porch with a view that makes you forget you are in the middle of the city! Although the Flat does not have a fenced yard, there's a large park just across the street and a dog park less than 1 mile away.

The Fabulous Flat is sure to exceed even the highest expectations for cleanliness and comfort!

GUEST ACCESS

The Fabulous Flat offers self check-in. You'll have the entire home to yourself and may come and go as you please.

Unfortunately, the City of Charlotte recently changed its parking policies and permit costs and I have no choice but to pass these costs on to my guests - even my visiting family members!

Parking in Fourth Ward is on-street only and - beyond the 2-hour free parking limit - requires a temporary daily permit that costs $7.50 per day. If you are traveling with a vehicle, please provide your license plate number and state as well as vehicle make at the time of booking. And let me know if you'd like me to add this fee to your reservation or if you will remit via Venmo (or similar).

In Fabulous Fourth Ward Flat's detailed Welcome Book (available here as well as in a print version inside the home), I provide a map detailing the neighborhood's on-street parking spaces as well as parking lots/garages within 4 blocks.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Non-refundable pet fee of $50 each.

While sparkling clean and smoke-free itself, The Flat shares the main home's heating/air conditioning system. Because the main house is home to a dog and a person who smokes, it is not suitable for people with allergies!

I provide starter supplies of coffee, assorted teas, cold filtered water, and many other items such as condiments, paper products, personal care products, and cleaning products. If you need anything more, please don't hesitate to ask. I keep a supply of things like toothbrushes, razors, and deodorant in case my guests forget to pack their own. I'm also happy to pre-stock with anything else you require or desire.
