I understand that budget motels may not be luxurious, but every guest deserves to feel safe and be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this place failed on both counts. I would strongly recommend that others look elsewhere for accommodations.

Everything was just terrible I had a family emergency and they made me pay twice and it was nasty poor pluming poor carpentry work poor maintenance in general the staff was very rude and there was bed bugs everywhere and like 3 needles that were used

My Expedia reservation was not accepted by this motel. The clerk claimed that the credit card used for the reservation did not match the one I presented at check-in. I showed him my receipt which showed that the credit card used online and the one presented at check in were the same one. It did not matter. Because it was already midnight, I paid additionally for a room separate from my Expedia reservation. I'd like a refund please.

They were no help with anything they're whole family lives on the bottom floor so they don't care what it looks like. Small plants all over the walk away and people watching at every turn. Not a good place to try to sleep. They locked me out with 30 minutes on room and wouldn't let me back in to get the test of my stuff.

The male desk clerk has the worst attitude. The towels are nasty dingy. The sheets are also dingy and stained. The comforter was the same with white spots on it. Luckily, I travel with linen; sheets and towels. The only saving grace was there were no bugs!

Do not do business with this location! They are stealing money, or owe someone a lot of money. I’ve booked rooms for years with Expedia and have never had this issue. I’ve reserved a room 3x’s with this hotel and it’s been something every time with money. Although you pay Expedia on the website, they charge you the full amount again at the hotel. Then the “owner” tells you to contact Expedia or Booking to get your money back. I asked for a receipt as proof of our payments to the hotel, and she said she couldn’t provide one because it’s a third-party booking. If I pay you in-person, how is it a third-party booking? I can’t prove to anyone I’ve paid you, if you don’t give me a receipt. I have the receipt from Expedia and Choice Hotels as proof of payment through their website, but this lady was rude and way too much. I have never been so disrespected in my life by a BUSINESS OWNER!!! She charges you cash money instead of using your card even though she has a card machine. I’m trying to reason with this woman to make sense of her receipt policy, cash payments, and online booking charges. She interrupted me while I was talking, told my husband she would only speak with him, and so much more. So unprofessional! Someone should really get the BBB in there to see what’s really going on. There is so much shady stuff going on just at the front office of this business, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Fortunately the stay was for someone else and not myself.
