Family Trip

Gorgeous house in quiet cove. We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with anything you would ever need and comfortable furniture. We cant wait to come back

Amazing house for a wknd getaway!

Held a wknd get away here with my college girlfriends, and this place didn’t disappoint! It was clean, appropriately stocked, and just as described in the listing. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Paradise by lake

It was the perfect place for our small family to enjoy cold weather and the season of Thanksgiving. We ate from South Florida and some of our family lives in Charlotte so this lake house brought us all together. House had everything we needed and then some ! Kitchen was fully stacked for cooking a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. Close to grocery stores and highways.

Perfection!

We have stayed at numerous properties and this is by far the best ever! Very, very clean, organized, excellent layout, boat ramp, kitchen with everything, screened in porch, and much more. Felt like a new house! Hopefully will be going back next year. I wish I knew about this place sooner!

Family holiday to attend wedding

Sisters and family from Texas and Colorado wanted a place to enjoy the lake and attend a wedding in the vicinity. Kool Breeze was ideal! It was super clean and just as advertised on the website. We had a great time and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor areas as well as the 2 kayaks. I definitely recommend.!!

Attentional to detail….

Stayed at Kool Breeze over the Thanksgiving week with family of 9. The house is immaculate and the hosts think of everything to make your stay worry and hassle free. Just bring your clothes and toothpaste/toothbrush.

Amazing property and management

I can’t recommend this house highly enough. It’s even better than the pictures. Plenty of space for a family get together, lots of games and amenities to keep everyone entertained, and the best provisioned rental I have ever stayed at. They really thought of everything, down to the Christmas tree for the holidays. The property manager was excellent, responding immediately to every question by text. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it very highly!

Lakelife at its best!!

Kool Breeze was amazing! The online pictures do not tell the whole story. This was a perfect mid-lake location set back in a beautiful cove. The house was great for our family reunion - it had something for everyone. Our hosts/rental company were very responsive. Do not look any further!!!

Lake weekend with kids

This house is located in a quiet little corner of the lake, which was so nice bc I didn't worry about boat traffic while the boys swam off the dock all day long. The home came with two kayaks and a swim platform, which all of the boys liked (ages 10-14). The home also had a brand new hot tub, which the kids loved! The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a double bunk room downstairs with a large tv room. This was perfect for all the boys to watch their tv downstairs. This home worked really well for our family of 4 and our sons' friends.

Excellent location and Super Clean!

We had an awesome family trip! The cove is perfect and close by boat to a lot of the lakes great food spots! Ramp was perfect even for a 28ft offshore boat! We will be back! Responsive host!
