Our fully-furnished apartments in Charlotte, NC, are perfect for monthly or extended stays, with full kitchens, granite countertops, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and private outdoor spaces. Relax on the aqua deck, challenge friends in the game room, or explore the nearby breweries, food halls, and art spaces.
    Guest Screening
    All guests must complete CLEAR ID verification and a background check (no evictions, collections, or criminal records).
    A passport is required for international guests.

    Stays of 30+ Nights
    The primary guest must complete a soft credit check (minimum score of 550) and provide a valid SSN.

Check in and location of actual building was confusing when I first arrived. Turns out I was missing emails about the door codes, received the initial door code but nothing after that until I reached out to someone from the apartment building. I ended up just using the back door key that took you out to the parking lot. Unit was clean and spacious. Gated parking lot gate was broken during my entire stay. I didn’t have my orange tag hanging in my car one night and my car got towed even though it was registered with vrbo/property. Very frustrating!!!!! Not a great neighborhood, but conveniently close to uptown/work.
