The check-in went well. The kitchen lacked forks, spoons and knives. Pans were not flat. They were twisted so hard to cook in them. We use the dishwasher once and it made so much noise. We didn’t use it again. There was a very strong odor that made us feel the apartment was not cleaned. The rugs needed shampooing. There was a very strong odor of smoke and maybe animals that were kept there overall the apartment needed to be cleaned. The living room area was fine. The bathrooms were fine. The towels needed to be replaced. I wouldn’t suggest that anyone stays here until the place is thoroughly cleaned.
