Robyn's Nest -- Lovely Lakefront Property with Expansive View

Stylish and scenic! This lakefront home has a private deep-water boat dock and a calm swimming area with 2 natural sandy beaches. The house is situated at the entrance of a quiet cove and overlooks the main channel of Lake Norman. The 1100-square-foot upper-level deck, furnished with dining table, couches, and loungers, wraps around the house, providing fantastic views of the lake from every angle. Step out from the living room or kitchen onto an additional covered patio to enjoy shaded views of the lake from lounge chairs or dining table. Relax on the stone patio at the water's edge as you swim at the sand beach or take in a sunset beside the fire.
Three of the four bedrooms (all on the second level) have sliding glass doors that open directly onto the deck overlooking the water. The open living room comes with its own martini bar and big screen TV, equipped with DVR and DVD player, as well as Bluetooth Bar to connect with your personal devices. With 3 Queen beds and 2 twins, this house sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Two more guests (under the age of 18) can be accommodated if they provide their own portable bedding. (1 Pack & Play provided.)
Our guests can enjoy the use of our paddle board, 8 kayaks (with life vests), pedal boat, beach toys, and floats.

Maximum stay limited to 14 days
No smoking.
Dogs allowed w/ additional $150 cleaning fee for first dog; $50 for second. Limit 2.

There is so much space for a family to enjoy everything from paddle boating or kayaking to the firepit to game nights indoors! The kitchen has every dish or utensil that you might need and well-organized. Check in and out are so simple-we will be return renters.

Great location! The house was well stocked with pots, pans, and spices. It was very clean and spacious. You have your own private beach and dock so we were able to keep our boat there. They also have plenty of kayaks and life jackets. Great location just across from the launch ramp if you bring your own boat and close to town to run to the grocery store.

Thanksgiving stay

My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving at the Robyn’s Nest! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, and casserole dishes as well as basic essentials. We enjoyed the large dining table and the big comfy couch! It was a great stay!

Great deck!

Robyn’s Nest was a wonderful and relaxing home to visit. A great view of Lake Norman from a large comfortable deck. We were there for a short weekend however it was very relaxing and our family enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional outdoor area!

This property was so perfect with an adorable beach and great dock! The location was so convenient to restaurants on the water and to any emergency shopping you may need. The inside was so clean and comfortable with any amenity you may need. The hosts have thought of everything inside and out and this was a perfect lake vacation!

Excellent Lake House

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at this wonderful house. Great location - close enough to everything you would want or need, but peaceful enough to feel like you are away from it all. The house is well stocked, furniture is great and we appreciated all of the outside seating options. The hosts were amazing as well!

Perfect family getaway!

We have stayed here twice now. The first time with friends and the second with family. The house was great and the property was perfect with kids having the beach and kayaks. We fished off the dock almost every night, boated, swam, and had s’mores by the fire.

This property is super nice and just as described! Everything inside was clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is inviting with several sets of patio furniture, including rocking chairs to view the lake from! The communication from the property manager was great. 10/10!!!! Will stay here again.

Great Lake Get-away

The property was very well stocked and maintained. Everything was clean. There were easy to follow directions for all amenities. Our group enjoyed the quiet cove swimming, the water floats, the kayaks and the waterboard. The owners even left a little surprise gift of makings for smores. The firepit was a delight and easy to use with lots of dry wood.All bedrooms and baths were well kept and stocked. Would highly recommend.

Very relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable place at Lake Norman. The house was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for a great week. The beach and inlet area was perfect for the little ones and the big kids loved fishing off the dock. Rocking chairs and fire pit were icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us we will be back.

This deck is perfect!!

We loved our stay at Robyn's nest. The owners were so communicative and nice. They seem to take a lot of pride in the property and want their guests to enjoy themselves with everything they need. The large deck is just as good as it looks in the pictures- with views of both sunrise and sunset- what's better than that! We can't wait to go back!

Great Getaway

Our family stayed at Robyn's Nest for our daughter's soccer tournament weekend. The house was in a perfect location and is a very relaxing place to come back to and enjoy. Our older dog was welcome and he enjoyed his time as well. Beautiful views and very clean. The house had everything you would need. Hosts are wonderful. We look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future!

Feel at home at Robyn's Nest

Our family enjoyed a week at Robyn's Nest. We used the outside back lower deck all day. There was space for a toddler pool & a toddler swing was provided, which was really great. The 4 bedrooms were good sizes and 3 faced the lake. The AC kept us very comfortable & the hosts provided everything we needed.

Great House on the Lake

This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at because of the great communication from the owner. They checked in with us to see how our stay was going and even asked if we were ok after a bad storm came through. The house was great and we rented a boat for a few days which the family loved. We will be back.

Wonderful Lake Cottage.

This is a perfect vacation home for a boating family with children. The home is located on the east side of the lake, just a short drive into Mooresville. There's a public dock about 3 minutes away so you can launch your boat and go around one point and be at the house's dock. The home is located on a cove so it is safe for children to swim all day long with no fear of jet skis or boats coming through. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property for a relaxing weekend

Robyn's Nest was the perfect spot for our weekend in Mooresville with friends while our daughter was at a dance convention at a nearby dance studio. The house had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor fun. Our kids spent hours on the kayaks and we had perfect weather for a fire in the evening. This house has SO MANY beautiful outdoor spaces, we could hardly choose which location was best to drink our morning coffee and enjoy the expansive lake views.
