They didn't have my rooms ready at 3om check-in. This delay ultimately meant I missed the opening act of a concert nearby. Breakfast bar sucked too. Out of eggs by 8am. I'm avoiding this place forever

Staff was very nice only complaint I have was I checked in at 6:30 pm the room they gave me was still being clean the next room I got was occupied and the third room was also occupied. I then finally got a room the rest of the stay was good .

Property was clean and looked really nice. But the pool area was lacking in appeal. The pool was very small and the area around it looked dingy and dirty. The breakfast was not good it was powdered eggs mixed with cheese. And when I went down for breakfast there was nothing but some dried up sausage patties and the powdered eggs with cheese it looked really gross and I tried to taste it and it was terrible

The property was not taken care of at all. The room was dirty. There were stains on the wall, bed covers and carpet was filthy. The breakfast area was dismal and the noise level unacceptable.

First room they gave me wasn’t even clean. Then they moved me to another room that was semi clean. The only thing I bothered eating from breakfast were bagels and yogurt. Staff was rude and I literally had to beg for an extra 30 minutes of late checkout.

Room was gross the property was so dirty! Listed as smoke free and there is smoking EVERYWHERE, you would not escape the smell. Hair dryer was sparking could have started a fire. Breakfast was okay.

The check-in was less than six minutes. Very smooth. The room was nice and clean and very cool. The breakfast the next morning was very good. The whole day was excellent.
