Sterling on Strawpocket can only be described as offering timeless beauty coupled with breathtaking sunset views over stunning Lake Norman. This home boasts three floors of spacious living space, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a main-floor open living concept with ample space for 18 people to enjoy.

* Main-level elegant master king featuring luxurious ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, stunning lake view, and private patio access.
* Two upper-level king bedrooms with private vanities that share a double-entry bathroom.
* Upper-level king bedroom with lake view and shared double entry bathroom
Extra sleeping arrangements include:
* Upper-level double twin room with 2 twin beds that share a double entry bathroom.
* Lower level king room with lake view, ensuite bathroom, and private patio access.
* Lower level bunk room with 8 extra long twin beds with its own ensuite bathroom.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
STAYLAKENORMAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to credit card issues and/or failure to complete contract signing process including but not limited to uploading ID, signing usage agreement, accepting house rules, confirming details over the phone with company representative, etc.
