This 1000 sq ft loft offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a California king bed, 3 blow up mattresses, comfortably sleeping 5 guests. With its double vanity sink bathroom and a cozy kitchenette, you'll feel right at home. Apple TV, High speed internet, very private. Private entrance off garage. 1.5 miles to downtown Davidson/ 2 miles exit 30. 3 miles from downtown Mooresville.

Quiet & beautiful

We have never stayed in a loft above garage. This place was beautiful & spacious. It had everything we needed & very close to the college for us to go back & forth to watch our kid play football. It was very quiet & safe. We lived it a lot. Very clean also. Hopefully we can stay again for upcoming football season Go Cats

Relaxing Getaway Close to Downtown Davidson

What an awesome place! My husband and I came here for a few nights on our honeymoon and it was perfect. Lots of space, very clean and comfortable. Ambient lighting and a smart tv that was playing calming music when we arrived. Also private, even though apartment is attached to house. Anna was an awesome host and the house is only about a 2 minute drive from campus and fun restaurants! Highly recommend! We would totally come again!
