The flow of the home provides for optimal use of space. The home accommodates 13 guests and is ideal for groups and family vacations as its location is very family oriented.
The main level includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and walk-in shower. Sunrise lake views will greet your mornings
from several of the rooms in this home, including this one.
The main level living area and kitchen provide you with more beautiful lake views throughout the day with wall-to-wall windows. This floor also has a ½ bath for easy convenience from the living and dining areas. A large flat-screen TV is mounted to the stack stone fireplace for easy viewing. Attached to the main level from the kitchen is a great screened porch with a dining area and seating for 10. The screened porch has a ceiling fan, lake views, and opens to the main level deck. This floor is also where you'll find the laundry room and game room garage.
Tranquil Cove’s deck features a Weber gas grill, Bistro table, chairs, and bench all with lake views.
The upper level is a private second master suite with reading nook and ensuite bathroom that includes a newly remodeled walk-in shower.
The attached double garage is climate-controlled with its own heating and air system and has been converted into a “lake house game room” with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, dual basketball arcade, large flat screen smart tv, refrigerator, and more!
In addition to the game room, the house comes with many classic favorite board games when you want a change from lake activities.
On the lower level of the house, you’ll find a second living area with patio access and a view of the expansive yard leading to the lake. The downstairs living area includes a large flatscreen smart TV, a Classic Ms. Pac-Man 14-in-1 Arcade Machine, and a nine-foot shuffleboard table. You'll also find a queen bedroom with lake views, a bunk bedroom to sleep four with lake views, and another bedroom to accommodate three. The lower level has two full baths for guests’ convenience.
The outside area of Tranquil Cove offers a patio terrace with overhead accent lighting, a 42” propane fire pit table with Adirondack and chaise lounge chairs. There are yard games and a private dock to moor a boat and jet ski. You will also find 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, and 2 paddleboards for your use with easy access to launch them from their storage rack. New fully fenced yard (except lakeside) to keep the pets contained, but with plenty of room to roam.
There is enough parking for about 6 vehicles and long enough for a boat trailer on the concrete driveway. A newly installed 40 Amp EV Charger is attached to the side of the garage.
Lake Norman State Park is a very short drive from Tranquil Cove, approximately 4 miles.
This beautiful park offers more than 1,900 acres for you to explore with activities including 38 miles of hiking trails, 30.5 miles of bike trails, paddling, swimming, fishing, and picknicking.
Boat rentals are available (message us about a boat when you book). With over 500 miles of shoreline, many waterfront restaurants to explore and the proximity of Lake Norman State Park, a boat rental may be on your list.
This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 12.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any specific depth of water at this property but parking a boat and swimming shouldn't be a problem.

We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!
⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.
🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125 per pet. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
