“The property was an older, unique and charming property. Set up inside was little odd. Nice having Keurig coffee pot available, however 3 pods were insufficient for our stay. Toilet was low and leaned to the right… House had many live plants, however about 4 appeared to be dead and should’ve been removed. Bed seemed comfortable enough and overall not bad place for couple nights stay. They also had washer/dryer inside which is plus for travelers.”

“Perfect cozy house. Very clean. Great coffee shop nearby.”

“I had an amazing stay! Host responded to all questions in a timely matter. 10/10 would recommend!!!”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and just what we needed for a busy weekend. Delightful, would stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality.”

“I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement.”

“We were in town for the Coca Cola 600 and the place was nice - met all our needs and Sharon is a great host!”

“A nice property very close to the city. The”

“Very convenient to where we were going.”

“This is an older townhome. And the bedrooms are upstairs. We came to Charlotte for an outpatient surgery so that wasn’t helpful. I could not tell by the listing that it was a two-story. I will say the beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared clean. Everything else in the house needs a DEEP spring cleaning. There was a strong air freshener in the main living space that was overwhelming. We opened up the doors to try to air it out. There are missing items in the bathroom, like the towel……

“This newly remodeled house was clean, comfortable and stylish. It was just what we needed on the north end of Charlotte. Chris was so easy to work with. He answered any questions in a very reasonable time. We would definitely stay there again.”
