The staff was amazingly friendly, quick to respond to needs and the woman servicing the breakfast went above and beyond to be helpful and to make sure people got the best available. She was sunshine in the morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I liked the fact it is located near my family home and all activities that occur in Orange and the price was good. it's a very nice hotel clean, and customer service very nice and go beyound to help you. what i didn't like was the bed. the beds definitely needed an upgrade. I tossed and turned trying to get a good spot. I asked if there were other rooms with better beds since we decided to stay another night but all beds were installed same time and they are all the same.

Pros: pretty friendly staff and a large room with plenty of room for 5, decent breakfast, warm indoor pool. Cons: The water was rusty and smelled bad, and when I asked was confirmed not good to drink (this was probably partly due to local water issues). The hot tub was cold with no sign or mention on site or check-in. The AC was squeaky all night and not very efficient. The elevator smelled like old machinery. Some of the lights in our room didnt work. Overall impression was a place that had been neglected and was recently being improved (confirmed by staff.) Hopefully, the improvement continues and the fixes go more than wall deep, as it has potential to be a great place.

This was our 2nd time within 3 years at the hotel. Breakfast was great, beds comfortable....only 1 minor issue I had was the TV should be in the middle of double beds. I will stay again.

Perfect family stay

We had a great time. The people were above and beyond friendly and helpful. The workers have a nice sense of pride in their work. Just a nice human experience. The rooms are huge. Lots of space. Breakfast was nice and well managed. The highlight for the kids was the pool and hot tub. Perfect temperature on both. We will definitely stay here again.

Good budget friendly choice

The free breakfast was nice but it was very picked over. There was only one person working so tables were neglected as well. In addition there were times we couldn’t find ANY employee (front desk, kitchen, etc). The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.
