Cottage 'Le Pigeonnier' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Near Ribérac and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, La Moulinasse has been restored as furnished holiday homes.

A pool, outdoor bar, children's play area and pétanque court complete your stay.

Le Pigeonnier is a cosy, air-conditioned ground-floor cottage for 3–4 guests.

It has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a bathroom with shower and washbasin, a separate toilet, a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a small bedroom with a single bed. TV, Wi-Fi, furnished terrace and barbecue.

Kitchen equipment: electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and pod coffee machine.

Bed linen and tea towels included.

Optional extras, bookable by message and payable on arrival: washing machine, towel sets, baby kits, breakfasts and sophrology sessions.

La Moulinasse is a historic farm located between Ribérac in Périgord Vert and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne. The buildings have been restored as vacation cottages, furnished in a contemporary style while preserving authentic rural character. Old and new blend harmoniously. Each cottage has its own entrance and a fully equipped private terrace.



There’s plenty to do in the area—a tourist information corner is at your disposal—but you can also enjoy the property, its swimming pool, and the peaceful surroundings. For children of all ages, there are many play areas, including a playground, ping-pong table, trampoline, foosball, and pétanque court.



Dogs are welcome under certain conditions. Please inquire in advance. Parties are not allowed to ensure the peace and comfort of all guests.
