“The house was amazing and classy, but was a bit far away from the station, about 20 min walk. Particularly we had a big suitcase and it was not easy to walk on the paving stone road. However, the house was quiet and easy access to the town center. We were located on the ground floor, so a bit worried and felt uneasy during the night.”

“We stopped over for one night and chose the property for its location in the vines, pool and the fact that it had a restaurant. The decor is dated but the rooms are spacious and comfy. The pool is compact and far too cold for anything more than a quick dip which was disappointing. The restaurant was excellent and surprisingly buzzy. Would recommend for a short stay. ”

“We didn’t stay at the property although we had booked it. It was difficult to find and the signage once we did arrive to the correct place was not clear. On. Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm. I won’t go into the rest of the conversation, but we left to find alternative accommodation. As this place had good……

“Chambre spacieuse, agréable et propre. Situation super pour visiter la région de St Emilion. Au calme au milieu des vignes. Petit déjeuner très bien et surtout une hôte très sympathique. Une adresse que nous gardons car le logement dispose de 3 chambres pour plusieurs personnes avec de quoi passer plusieurs jours : cuisine, lave linge etc… bref idéal pour petit et long séjour.”

“Within a few kilometres of the UNESCO listed town of St Émilion without the hassle of parking, we were able to park almost out the front of this small establishment. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast excellent with home made jams and cold meats and cheese on fresh bread with excellent string coffee. We ate at a lovely restaurant in the vicinity one night. The owner and his wife are attentive. Be mindful that you are staying in their home. There is no lock and no key given to the……
