「Outstanding property, only enhanced by the customer care dedication. The woman at reception insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs for us when I was capable of doing it myself. Additionally, I’ll spare all the details, but the hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us recover a bag that was lost in an Uber after our departure. They provided translated communication with the driver which proved to be key to recovering it. 」

A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Museum & shopping Centre are just walking distance, good enough for us to spend our leisure time in a raining day. We highly recommend this boutique hotel.
