Large house near Saint-Malo and the Rance River

This spacious and bright holiday home is located on the edge of one of the most beautiful villages in France. It has a large enclosed garden with trees and a 40m² terrace facing SOUTH / WEST.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, and a large garage. The property is located on a central point for visiting the main centers of interest in the region: Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Saint-Suliac. You will enjoy magnificent hikes recommended by the owners. The multiple beaches will allow both adults and children to practice many outdoor activities, including windsurfing and sand yachting. Golf courses nearby.

Parfait pour des vacances tranquilles en famille

Plages de Saint Malo et autres plages alentours, visite de Dinan, balades, jeux de société et détente dans le jardin. L’environnement urbain nécessite de toujours se déplacer en voiture. Mais on est très au calme dans la maison et le jardin. Tout est très fonctionnel et facile.

Calme et beauté

La maison comme le jardin sont vraiment très agréables à vivre et dégagent une impression de sérénité très précieuse. Son emplacement permet la visite de cette belle région et de tout ce qu'elle offre. Le propriétaire est toujours prêt à rendre service. A refaire.

Maison agréable et bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison lors du week-end de l’ascension. La maison est très fonctionnelle, confortable et bien équipée. Les enfants ont bien profité du grand jardin et de la table de ping-pong. La maison est bien située et permet de rayonner facilement dans la région vers les principaux lieux touristiques. L’accueil a été très sympathique et arrangeant.

Nous avons eu un accueil parfait des propriétaires. La maison est bien équipée, idealement située et permet de rayonner dans toute la région en 20 mn maximum.

Location impeccable, de quoi s'amuser pour les enfants et les plus grands (table de ping pong etc). La mer n'est pas loin. Le propriétaire est également arrangeant et poli, merci !
