「We stayed for 3 nights and had a relaxing break in this lovely seaside resport. The hotel is about a 4 minute walk from the seafront. It's opposite the railway station making it easy to get into La Rochelle (20 mins away) or a trip to Bordeaux for the day in the other direction. The trains are not noisy and the rooms are quiet. Breakfast at the hotel is a buffet breakfast around 15 Euros and it is superior to the breakfasts available at the seafront cafes. It's very good. The young guy on...

However, the thoroughly apologetic desk staff provided a consolation room, which had a good view of a jumbled terrain of ancient, brick-tile roofs with a church steeple behind. It also had a private balcony which was large enough to accommodate a small table and 2 chairs. We also were complemented their breakfast, which was huge in its variety of breads, rolls, salads, cheeses,...

「We stayed for 5 nights in a 2 room suite which provided a seperate bedroom and a sitting room with 2 single beds. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was quite modern. The hotel lobby is great. It is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, there's a large central bar, and because of the chilly weather in mid October there was a wonderful wood fire buring most of the time. The hotel has a small heated pool which got lots of use from several families, and a sauna and spa. We...

「We have bern coming to this hotel every year for the last 5 years. 1 or 2 nights . It is a stopover for us and a nice end to out holidays. The hotel location is great. I love the rooms decor and the peaceful courtyard.」

「Stunning property with a beautiful pool and the most stunning family room with connecting bathroom so we could stay close to our teens :) We only stayed one night, the four poster bed was so comfortable, the linnen sheets helped me sleep like a baby! There was a lovely room to watch tv or play games and the breakfast was lovely, wish we had stayed longer! Merci Valerie ❤️」
