“This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this……

“Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. “Close to Hollywood Bowl. 30 minute walk to the Dolby Theater. $10 Uber to Universal Studios. It has everything we needed for our quick visit. Bed was comfortable.”
