Quick Trip to the Area.

My family enjoyed our 2 day stay. Very close to Lookout Mountain, Rock City and Ruby Falls. The house was very comfy and convenient for my elderly parents.

This property was close to all the activities we planned on doing including downtown and Lookout Mountain. It was large enough for our group of 6 to cook & eat meals as well as play board games at the table. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Fun weekend

The home was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Safe neighborhood and friendly people. We stayed for a short weekend so location was perfect to hit all the sites and downtown just minutes away. Would recommend.

Wonderful house

The house matched the description perfectly and was in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of linens. We would definitely stay here again!

Quite neighborhood, everything was like the web page said except there was suppose to be be two futons and there was only one. Very clean. And we couldn't use the parking in the back, because we didnt have the garage door opener, until the second day. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoed every minute.

What would have been a good weekend turned disappointing

The property was doubled booked and we were without a place to stay, had to scramble for 4 hours before we found somewhere to stay.

It’s a nice place!

It felt like our on home. In the a/c filter was stopped up and the dryer vent was to made fell right at home. We really liked the lighting in the house. If we come back that way we would drop by and rent it again. Thanks Jason

Christmas in Chattanooga

Great location for getting to and experiencing the sites of Chattanooga. Host was great and decorated the house inside for Christmas for us. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room, kitchen is very functional for cooking. The closet in the M. Bedroom was unaccessable due to furniture, unable to hang up closthes. It was a good week for us!

Nice, clean house

We enjoyed our last minute destination change to Chattanooga. The house was clean and had everything we needed. A few minor “problems”, but the host was very responsive (thank you!!). My only suggestion would be to have a few helpful reminders posted on the refrigerator (How to use washing machine (there is a trick 🤣), places to eat, favorite things to do, where the locals park, and information about the free trolley). Overall, we had a great time and would come back again.

Just what we needed

Everything was good except check-in. I had asked if we could check in around three, and received an affirmative answer; however, I was not able to get a phone response regarding how to get in until around five. It made it extremely tight for our dinner plans.

Perfect for a family vacation

My husband, our 4 month old and my in-laws stayed for a long weekend! The house was perfect for us! Fairly clean but could definitely use a good scrub down when it comes to walls and doors. It’s well decorated and felt very homey. Close to downtown. I see quite a few reviews complaining about the neighborhood although we found it to be pretty quiet. The neighbor offered figs from her tree and was very friendly! I do recommend bringing paper towels (only one roll was supplied) as well as seasonings if you plan on cooking. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and plenty of dining ware along with pots and pans. The AC was fighting to cool the place down and definitely needed a filter change. (We kept it at 74 during the day and 72 at night) we went to the aquarium which was only 7 minutes away from the house. Loved that !
