This charming bungalow will give you a quiet family friendly stay in a central location that is minutes from downtown, Coolidge park, The Aquarium, Rock City, Ruby Falls, hiking trails, malls, grocery stores, Wal-Mart, gas stations, restaurants, and the interstate. Catered for guests that want to relax. We apologize but no parties, pets, or smoking in the property and extra fees or possible termination of reservation may apply. A Charming Spot to Recharge
After spending a day hitting back-to-back sightseeing and events since 6am, coming "home" here was wonderful. Not only is the location very conveniently close to Chattanooga and easy to get to, but the home is cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We spent most of the next morning simply sipping coffee on the front porch, enjoying the peaceful ambiance and recharging before hitting the road home.

Old Time Charm
This home is very nice, clean and close to downtown activities and eating places. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking was not an issue. We highly recommend Wally’s and Ruby Sunshine for down home cooking. We would definitely return to this home again.

Short Trip
This was the perfect place to stay with 5 adults. Quiet neighborhood and I loved the front porch. Plenty of seating and a nice place to relax and unwind after a busy day walking and shopping in Chattanooga. The bathrooms have a shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash dispenser. There was coffee and water available which was welcoming. We will stay here again on our next trip.

This is a beautiful little house in a great location. We went to the zoo and Warner park with our kids. The neighborhood felt safe. The host was so helpful and communicated perfectly what we needed to do. We want to stay in the house every time we come to Chattanooga.

The property was located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by parks for family activities. It was just and overall wonderful place to dtay. The hoat was absolutely fantastic in responding to messages and laying out recommendations of things to do and places to eat during our stay. This house was very well kept. It was a surprise to all the my 2 kids and nephew that there were so many games to choose from in the living room. We all really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evening. The neighbors were all super friendly as well. Adrienne was very quick to respond with any questions we had and very kind. We asked if he could allow us to check out a little late on the day of our departure and he obliged. If ever we are in the area again, we would love to stay here! My family and I highly recommend.

The house was perfect for us. When we arrived it was clean. There were several little extras that I haven't seen in other places I have stayed. There was extra toilet paper, coffee cups, bottled water in the fridge, detergent, extra trash bags, etc. All of these extras just show the care that is put into the home. The host was in contact and was always quick to respond. There is a fold out bed in the closet that my daughter slept on and she thought that was so awesome!! Plenty of room for us all. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. Beds are comfy and there was plenty of pillows and blankets for us to use. We would stay here again.
