Quick trip to visit family

The house is the perfect location. Close enough to Chattanooga but still have the country/suburban feel. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to stay near Harrison Bay/Chattanooga area.

Wonderful backyard patio escape.

Absolutely loved our stay. Multiple patios to relax on and listen to the birds. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults, two children and two dogs. Host was excellent! We hope to come back next year. Also close to Booker T Washington park that has lots of trails, fishing and a boat dock

Beautiful Views

Perfect location with beautiful views. Everything that we needed for a comfortable stay was accomadated. We had a fun time in the city. Chattanooga is gorgeous!

Nice place for holiday trip!

Good central location. House is decorated nicely, especially for our family holiday trip. Loved the gas logs! Overall, great stay. However the kitchen cabinets and counter tops are in real need of updating. Definitely a take away from how nice the rest of the house is. We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

My family and I evacuated the Tampa Bay Area due to hurricane Milton. The Tree House was a perfect and fun getaway for the family. The house is very clean, comfortable, spacious, and fun for the kids! The views of the surrounding nature is magnificent, will definitely be looking to come back

Cozy Home Tucked in the Trees

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything we needed. Location was great; far enough away from the city for peace & quiet but close enough for convenience. Lora was very easy to work with, accommodating & quick to respond to messages. I would definitely stay here again if we came back to Tennessee.

Lake getaway

The house was fairly convenient to the lake, fully outfitted for everything we needed. The driveway is steep if bringing a boat. Plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, nice fenced in yard in back for pets.

Lovely stay by the lake

We had a lovely holiday stay here. The host was very kind and responsive. The main bedroom was super comfy and we loved the bathroom picture windows; although we’re not sure how private it’ll feel when all the leaves drop! The only other suggestion is to consider striping or painting the bottom stair step a different color as it was hard to see going to the bottom level. Otherwise everything was great!

Labor Day getaway

Property just as described. Nice quiet neighborhood with partial view of lake from upstairs and dining room window. It was a perfect fit for us and our adult children. We appreciated the nice coffee maker, the comfy beds. Well stocked. We rafted on the Hiwassee with Hiwassee Outfitters suggested by our host. Great time! Thank you.

House is in the trees

It is a nice house and we loved the custom bathroom on the master bedroom. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was not as clean going in, in the kitchen as i would have liked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and updated . You can see the lake from upstairs porch and maybe when there are no leaves on the trees you can see more of it. It was close enough to town to travel in to do things and far enough away to relax.

Wedding in Chattanooga

I am thankful to have had a place to say so close to the wedding. I will say the kitchen could use a little updating i.e. countertops and cabinetry. At least clean them out. The host should consider putting mirrors in the bedrooms for guests who are getting ready for an event. It would also be great if they were wine glasses for guests to use. The view was great!!!

Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful hillside property with spacious bedrooms, fantastic kitchen. View of the Lake and a walk up the road and down a trail to the Lake. Spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and looking at the trees and listening to the birds.

Tree House Near the Lake

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 20 to 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We really liked having garage access. The thermostat is on a timer and cannot be adjusted which was somewhat inconvenient. The upstairs room gets very warm during the day. We had some insect issues, spiders and palmetto bugs, which is to be expected based on location. The house could use some TLC as there were large cobwebs all around the vaulted ceiling windows and water damage to the ceiling. However, we all had a great time, even Milo the cat. The homeowner was very responsive and pleasant.
