Great location to Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls. Easy to any kind of restaurant you feel like.

Quick weekend getaway!

We were overall very satisfied with this property! It was so convenient to the downtown area and was very clean and so cute. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to TN!

Definitely a Charmer

Chattanooga Charmer was a beautiful and very clean property. I loved how the kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials which most properties we’ve stayed lacked. Super cozy and comfortable and in a great area. We will definitely be return customers.

Charming in Chattanooga

What a beautiful home, with all the amenities you could need. Close to town, nice outdoor space and very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this home to anyone. Hope to come back in the future.

Would highly recommend Owen”s home! We came in town for a softball national tournament and this place was home to us for a week. Conveniently located, quiet, quaint neighborhood, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped! Will definitely be staying here for future tournaments!

Great house

Great place to stay in Chattanooga. It’s minutes from downtown on the north side but far enough where there’s not any foot traffic walking to downtown the neighborhood is very quiet. I can’t really say enough about this place. We were able to host a small family Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of room for visiting the kitchen was great.

Cute and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay in this cute and comfortable home. Great location to restaurants and attractions. We liked the layout of the home and it was well stocked in every way. The management company was quick to reply to any questions we had. Loved sitting on the front porch drinking morning coffee. Beautiful neighborhood.

Charmer!

My wife, son and I enjoyed a delightful stay at this property. Everything is as advertised - great location, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Parking on the street was never an issue. Communication throughout was detailed and timely. Neighborhood was nice for walk around and a very short distance to coffee, restaurants, etc.

Nice stay in Chattanooga

Family enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga, house was well put together, very good TV/Living Room/Kitchen setup. Smaller master bath is really best for sink and toilet use. Backyard does not seem used very much. Location is great, quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Chattanooga, walkable to some restaurants and stores. Parking in front took getting used to due to steep hill but we managed to get the hang of it. In short, comfortable place to stay, would stay there again.

Super cute and clean home

This was our second time staying here with our two toddlers. Great layout, very clean and cozy. Parking is on the street, but was no problem for our one vehicle. The street is on an incline but also not an issue. There are stairs leading from street to the home. Cute neighborhood. Felt very safe. This is our go to home when we take the kiddos to Chattanooga to the train museum (20 minutes away) and to the aquarium/downtown (less than 10 minutes away).

Very clean little house

Property was perfect for us- two ladies who wanted separate beds and baths but a shared space to work and chat. Good wifi, very clean, everything was well labeled. Plenty of comfortable living room furniture. Mattresses were comfortable. Both beds are doubles or queens and the master bathroom is small with no counter space if that is a concern for you. The hall bath has counter space and a standard tub/shower combo. Street is steep. Never had a problem parking in front of the house though. Has a regular coffee pot and a keruig type (bring your own pods).

Incredibly clean, very nice neighborhood and only 5 or so minutes from downtown. The Northshore area for restaurants, bars and shopping was very cool and only 3 minutes from the house. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely rebook when in the area again.

Perfect Cottage

My husband & I stayed at this perfect little cottage over July 4th weekend. This place is extremely nice & updated. The beds & furniture were comfortable, it is well stocked for whatever you need, it was very clean, the neighborhood was very nice & quiet. I can’t say enough about this place. We will be back! If you are interested, just go ahead & book- you will thank me!
