Guests must climb stairs. There is potential for noise since this is an apartment complex. Pets live on the property. House Rules:
Suitable for children (2-12 years). Pets are allowed, with a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee. If discovered you have brought a pet without paying the pet fee, the reservation will be terminated with no refund. No smoking of any kind (includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana). A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property. No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful to other residents in the apartment complex. ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).
Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property, with a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay.
Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. For food deliveries, shipt dot com will deliver them to you.
Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a $50 fee per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
