"The property was clean & tidy and sympathetically decorated. A lovely terrace overlooking the lovely town of Treignac. All nearby shops are within walking distance with lots of local activities and festivals to suit all age groups. Our hosts were very welcoming and easy to contact. We would not hesitate to return and stay again in this ideal facility."

"We spent 2 nights at Spalazen over New Years. The apartments are nice, very spacious and of course the hot tub is an awesome addition :) the service is top notch and very friendly. I’d recommend for a peaceful, lazy getaway. We stayed in cabin #1 and the only thing I would say is there’s a few things missing that would have helped us out. We were in our camper van so luckily could grab these extras! It’s a self catering lodge but meals can be provided for too if you like. - no soap in toilet....

The exterior and surrounding grounds of the house were enchanting. Each time we went away for a day to do some sight-seeing - on our return, seeing the house always made us smile. Reception by owner and his wife as chef means they really are invested in your stay. Add this place to good stops on a drive to/from Spain."
