"The only reason that I booked, the hotel was because of the airport shuttle early the next morning! when I arrived in the early evening lady at the reception desk acted like she never heard of such a thing. I had to pay to get a private ride to the airport this morning I would like a refund on that room, also was not in a good area and the property is completely surrounded by locked gates through the night. It’s not a nice hotel-there were no amenities at all."

"The accommodations in the old mill are fabulous! Updated rooms with antique furnishings. Heat and AirCon. Lovely sound of the weir. I requested a "river view room if possible" and got the best room on the premises! The grounds are well tended & include riverside dining, lawns, sun deck, hot tub, and a tiny sauna with a river view. Excellent for a getaway holiday. Having a car or a bicycle would increase the options for activities and dining. Tho the hotel chef is top notch and the food excellent. Breakfast was also good with many choices."
