「We had a lovely and comfortable stay here. I cooked almost all of our meals in the kitchen. It was adequate for what we needed. The location is great. Right in the middle of downtown. Parking was easy. Saturday was a busy and noisy day/night in the town but the rest of the days were quiet. I loved sitting out on the balcony. 「The room was perfect for what we needed. We were able to attend wedding celebration/festivities in Alexandria and Bolt Castle and come back to relaxing atmosphere. 「We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...
