「Lovely hotel staff were brilliant.food was excellent.only problem it was very noisy in the mornings.」

「The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly. As we were there for a week...

「David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.」

「My two adult daughters and I recently needed to spend one night in this area of Somerset. The Old Manor House is conveniently situated for easy access to all areas around Axbridge, Weston-super-Mare and Burnham on Sea and is reasonably priced. Downstairs, we did not use the...

「One corncern is no fridge in the room」

「No bottle water provided 」

「Bedroom really needs updating and TLC. Carpet was marked and mattress saggy and uncomfortable. Bath panel needs repainting. Very weird door in bedroom that when opened had a duvet hanging between our door and the one immediately behind. Beautiful old building but difficult to shut windows and paint peeling. On a positive, the food in the restaurant was good and staff were all friendly. Lovely little village with some nice one off shops/cafes. I think the price is high for a basic pub...

「No food till 5 and £22 a day for parking is ridiculous」

「Lisa was very thorough and explained everything. She also suggested me the good restaurant and places to visit. Enjoyed my stay」

「We enjoyed our stay, good breakfast and dinner, staff are helpful, will go back there again. Good location and good scenic view.」

「Convenient with great cathedral view (room 2) . Very steep staircase so unsuitable for anyone disabled. Right in the centre of the city but little traffic noise.」

「very close to the Bristol airport, very convenient if you arrive late night no reception or staff there to server (but it is very OK, so price is cheaper than others), just arrive and you can get into your room, nice decor new room, suggest to install a shower curtain because the water makes the toilet all wet (beware of the goat, haha)」

「very dated ,seen better days , carpets thread bare in places and were smelly, food was average, would not stay there again」

「The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, this farm is a fabulous escape and more ! The lodge was clean and well equipped and had the added luxury of a hot tub. We didnt try the axe throwing or the archery but we will be back so who knows」

「Excellent stay our room so spacious everything you could want and more. Staff friendly and engaging overall great value for money ideally located for Cheddar Gorge first class walk Axbridge stepped in history all in all a great stay」

「Reception manager was very helpful, and cheerful guy.」

「A very comfortable one night stay, lovely helpful staff, great good value food. The bed was comfortable and facilities were good. We were at the front so had a lot of road noise which we are not used too. I would recommend the hotel and pub」
