We had the very special suite - room #1 and it was incredible. So much room - a real home away from home. Being such an old place - the features are stunning. 😍 Stow on the Wold is adorable and this place is simply the best. We loved our stay!

For a slice of history, you can’t beat the Porch House. A warren of comfy eating areas downstairs with halls leading out to the village. Clean charming rooms. Really nice staff that make you feel like the place belongs to you. And the wonderful “snug” for late night post up with a friend (or daughter in my case!)

Excellent venue and everything about the room, facilities and food was great. One problem with a less than helpful member of staff in the restaurant but this was hopefully a one-off.

Wenn man alte, englische Häuser mag, stimmt im Porch House alles. Es ist jedoch nicht behindertengerecht, da es viele steile Stufen und Absätze hat. Sehr gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, zentral gelegen in Stow-on-the-Wold
