"I had a wonderful stay at Canopy by Hilton Chengdu! The room was exceptionally clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job preparing the bed and keeping everything neat and tidy every day. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The only minor issue was that the bidet in one of the toilets was not functioning properly, as the water spray was not working correctly. Hopefully, the hotel can have this fixed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my future visits to Chengdu. Highly recommended!"

"We felt so lucky to stay in Shangri-La Chengdu. We came from a two days trip from the JiuZhaiGou national park and had a great rest in the hotel. First, the hotel is clean and view from the our room is spectacular. We tried both the Chinese restaurant and the buffet. Both are wonderful! The morning buffet has so many variety of food and dinner buffet is very luxury. The crab was delicious and sushi was fresh! During our say, both the front desk manager and the restaurant manager are around and very friendly to guests! I had a foot spa which fully healed my feet and leg sour! We would definitely go back if visiting Chengdu again!"

"We had a clean, pleasant room with a very comfortable bed. The shower was also lovely. Unfortunately I have medication which needs a fridge, but there wasn't one in the room. We asked at reception, but they weren't very helpful. They said I could store it in their fridge but that wouldn't have worked for me as I need it with me. So I had the aircon on the lowest which kept the room cold enough for my meds. Aside from that, the hotel is in a good location with DiDi taxis vey easy to use."
