“Deze resort was maar 11 jaar oud, maar we zagen wel een verval die niet snel werd aangepakt. De kamers zijn groot en voldoen aan alle comfort. We vonden de mini bar erg mager en werd ook niet elke dag aangevult. Buiten eten was beperkt tenzij je een auto hebt en circa 10-20 km naar het noorden reedt. Eten in het restaurant was goed maar ontbijt was hoofdzakelijk gericht voor de Malay klanten.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en dat heeft onze vakantie toch een voldoende opgeleverd.……

“I had a miserable 2-night stay here. The air conditioning failed in the middle of the first night, and I woke up drenched in sweat because the room was incredibly hot.
I informed the host in the morning before heading to work. While they offered a technician then, I was out and couldn't be there. However, the real frustration started when I returned. At 8:40 PM, the host claimed a technician was on the way. Instead of actually fixing the issue, the host spent the next hour making me do……
