  • Enjoy the cool creek side or cast a line for trout; sleep to the sounds of the rushing creek or a gentle rain from the metal roof. Our unique, rustic, and comfortable cabin is located outside of Bryson City - only a few miles from the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

    The ten-window, secluded, enclosed back porch invites you to relax as you watch the variety of birds while listening to the rushing mountain stream just 30 yards away. Enjoy sitting on the deck down on the river or roasting marshmallows at the creek side fire pit. This quaint, two-to-five person cabin consists of an eat-in kitchen, one bathroom, one-bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a very large, vaulted ceiling, cozy living room with original wide-pine flooring and wormy chestnut walls, flat screen 50" TV, a gas-log fireplace and comfy furniture.

    The TV includes Dish satellite, streaming capability (bring your login info) and wireless internet.

    *Please note that this cabin is not wheelchair/handicap friendly, as shown in the photo gallery; there are steps at both exterior entrances and three steps indoors leading to the bathroom and bedroom area.

This was an amazing place that has everything you need, a clean creek side retreat without smelling like a creek. The drive in was paved right to the driveway (gravel) which was a bonus for my classic firebird. Communication from the host was fantastic would definitely stay again!

So quaint and peaceful. Spent mutiple days never leaving property just laid back to the sound of the creek and read and bird watched. It was a perfect setting to unwind. Gonna book in the fall cause bet it is gorgeous.

The cabin a delightful throwback to a simpler time yet modern in its provisions and features. A wonderful, crystal-clear creek runs directly behind it—several evenings were spent reading there while watching/listening to its flow. It’s a bit of an adventure driving up the mountain road to it, but the beauty and quiet of the area adds to its value and makes it worth the drive. If we come back to Bryson City, we’d rent it again.

This cabin and its location is truly a piece of heaven on earth. The stream that runs the back of the property provides the atmosphere for truly relaxing and letting go of the stresses of life! We loved the cabin too, everything we needed was there! The cabin is cozy, clean and well stocked. We will definitely be returning to this cabin in the future!I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to escape the worries of life for awhile!!

This place was so magical! It was made even more special by the host “giving us” the history of house on arrival. If your looking for a quite escape, this is it! The house was immaculate and the creek outback was absolutely beautiful. As stated in other reviews, if you’re a cook they have everything you need to whip up a masterpiece. Loved everything about this place and trash drop off seemed intimidating but was so easy and quick. Can’t wait to come back!

The sweetest little cabin in the perfect spot in the woods, we loved it and plan to go back! The kitchen was well stocked, and the guys enjoyed fishing in the stream.
