“Clean & convenience”

“This was a nice 2 BR 2 BA flat near the train station. Near the city center but not in it, so you walked along the canal to get there. Nice kitchen and dining room facilities. A few small items were loose, but a great experience. This is a quiet neighborhood. Nearest shops are at the train station.”

“My mum and I stayed and loved everything about the apartment. Beautiful decor, a room each, comfortable beds and incredibly quiet location. It lives up to its name: we walked everywhere! Despite its central location, it is the most peaceful city centre location I’ve ever stayed in, just the sound of singing birds on Sunday morning until we left at 10am. “A very accommodating and fully equipped flat for a reasonable price. The location is very good for rail connections, groceries, and restaurants. The management team was very pleasant and professional.”

“It was in an excellent location with a car parking space, walking distance to all attractions. Very clean and well equipped. Only beef was check in. Expedia app said details would appear 3 days before. They didn’t and I had to keep on and didn’t get them til day before. Also Expedia marked my electronic calendar as cancelled which was very worrying.”

“I booked this property six months in advance, and ten days prior to my trip, Expedia called me to tell me that the property was no longer bookable, and rebooked me into a much less desirable property (at a higher price at Expedia's expense). All the while, before and after, I was getting messages through Expedia from the property giving instructions about how to check in, how to handle parking, if I was enjoying my stay. “The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication……
