Welcoming and communicative host! Tracy was wonderful, friendly, and flexible. Slight issue during our stay was responded to quickly and a credit was offered for the minor inconvenience. The property was lovely, quiet, and very clean and welcoming. Walking in felt like coming home! Check in directions were clear and directions/access to property was easy. One thing I really appreciated were all the soft extra blankets placed around the living area and bedroom. A lot of places we've stayed don't provide extra blankets and I tend to run cold. I was extra cozy on this trip! 10/10 stay. Would recommend to friends and will choose to stay again in the future.

Our perfect retreat

We were in town for a long and hectic graduation weekend, and this property was absolutely perfect for us to retreat to at the end of the day. It’s so clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and both the host and cleaning lady are very friendly! It was equipped with all the necessities and has stores close by to get anything else that we needed. We have no complaints. Some of our favorite moments on the trip were spent relaxing here. Will definitely be back.

My friends and I had a great time. The location was perfect. Even though we weren’t in the barn long, it was a nice little place to stay. The owner was great with communication. Overall I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Excellent stay! Great communication from them, clean & well equipped property. My husband didn't read well, but they did a great job giving us all the information we needed. Would absolutely stay again, hope to come back next year.

A Cozy Home Away from Home

We were so in love with our rental! It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We met the host outside and she was lovely! Great communication and a great playground outside for the kids. We can’t wait to come back!

Great home away from home

My son, his family and i came down for the 4th of July weekend. This home was very nice inside. There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable. The house was stocked with everything you need. The kids loved the play area out back. I loved reading the property story. You can tell the home is loved. It was about 40 min. from VA Beach. The next day we drove about an hour went to Kitty Hawk, NC, Nags Head. There are a lot of things to do within an hours drive. If you just want to do nothing and relax you can do that here. We would definitely rent again. :)

WE LOVED THIS PLACE!

The home and yard are so pretty and it’s extremely peaceful. The home was very clean and decorated nicely. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. We also enjoyed the outdoor area which is beautiful and large, which worked great with our little Maltese, Abbey. The host is extremely kind and communication with her was easy and she responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. We loved this place is much. I cannot express enough how wonderful our stay here was.

Peaceful, comfortable and spacious

Overall the space was perfect for my family for days we spent here. It was perfect distance to the events we attended. Perfect for the family and great price. The renter was very attentive. We definitely want to come again.
