"The property was beautiful, very well appointed and in a great location (very easy access to Arches and downtown Moab). The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen and living room areas perfect for gathering after a day of hiking. The grounds and the pool are very well maintained. Roanne is a fantastic host - always available, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and organized, going way beyond expectations with the support offered. Staying there was a pleasure. We are already thinking about returning some day!"

"This could be an easy 10/10 with a few updates and organization. Pool and hot tub were great 10/10. Owner response 10/10Kitchen 6/10 is very unorganized, pots, pans cutting boards and cookie sheet need to be new. There are about 20 lids and 6 containers (5 of which match) to use for leftovers. Bedrooms 6/10 The downstairs queen size bed has a huge dent in it, not even comfortable enough for 1 person to sleep on. Bedrooms could have been more throughly cleaned. Major ant problem, owner did offer to have the bug guy come out. We bought some terro to put out and it caught a bunch, the next day they turned into ants with wings!There was a review written a few years back about these same issues, kinda surprised none of said problems have been addressed."
