"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Loved staying at Nestay Sentier for 8 nights. Great area, excellent communication and helpful support. Very high standard of fixtures and fittings and the door code system worked well. Soundproofing was pretty good but it is a lively restaurant area and I needed to use ear plugs as well at the weekend."
