「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.

「We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. 」

「The property was great and it is very kid friendly. My daughter loved the bunk bed and all the Disney posters in the property.
The initial entry is confusing. I would recommend an email with instructions one day before entry will be helpful.

「SPACE/ROOM: 3 bedrooms. Two rooms had bunk beds which is great for families. 2 showers and 2 toilets. A Living Room with a couch and TV. We had 7 people and felt very comfortable in this space.
