Brilliant location

Have to say the real selling point for this property is its location; 10-15 mins walk from the city centre.Having said that the cleanliness really let down this property.Cobwebs in the bedrooms, atleast a years worth of crumbs down the side of the sofa, microwave dirty, toaster needs emptying and splash back behind cooker covered in fat. A very cold property but the lovely beds and furnishings helped!
