Great location only a few minutes walk from centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Quiet rooms, good size with comfy bed. Wouldn’t recommend the off site parking that’s recommended by the hotel, very tight parking spaces. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The hotel is easy walking distance to the train station and city centre. The hotel is well maintained. The Reception staff were very helpful especially Kurt providing useful information on Chester. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good every day we stayed. Roger was very organised in serving us the hot breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay.
