"My main concern at our stay was the lack of cleanliness of the house overall, the entrance had outside dirt, dry leaves and cobwebs .The kitchen table and chairs still had dirt on them from the previous guests, the microwave and oven were not cleaned either with small crumbs of old food, and lots of finger prints on the doors. The refrigerator had food in it from the previous guests. The bathroom didn’t seem to be well cleaned either which I have notified the owner. The house was cozy."

"Very bad experience stay with embassy suite especially the gentleman preparing omelets was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. When I approached the omelet station to place my order, he was engaged in a conversation with someone else. Without giving me his full attention, he asked me what I wanted. Since he continued talking to the other person while I was speaking, I paused and waited for him to finish. He then repeatedly asked me to place my order. When I finally told him what I wanted, he responded in a rude manner and said, “No need to repeat yourself.” Later, I returned to order an omelet for my boyfriend since he is with a one year old child with him, At that point, he sarcastically said, “Back again, back again,” in a way that was clearly disrespectful and unwelcoming. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. The employee’s behavior was inappropriate, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable. This experience significantly affected my impression of the hotel. I hope management will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that guests are treated respectfully in the future."

"The staff was pleasant, check in was a breeze. A few minor things could be done to improve the hotel. Ice machine on our floor was broken and loud. A few light fixtures were hanging off the walls (look like some missing screws. Other than that it was nice stay."

"The location was in close proximity to the Lansdowne Theatre. The court yard is beautiful. The rooms were basic and beds were comfortable. The coffee machine was not clean, the sink was filthy and there were mice and rat traps all over the property eluding to a rodent problem. With a little more effort this could be a very nice location. I would not stay there again."
