"It was a mess with the entering and exiting the parking lot. The gates did not work and the help button not did work. Staff came out but slthey could not get the gate open. Finally maintenance came to leave gate open"

"Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check ..."
