「The staff members at reception and Griffin Restaurant were fantastic! Sherri, our restaurant server, was the best, always cheerful and attentive. Breakfast was good, with healthy choices. At check-in on our first night, Maria was wonderful! She gave detailed instructions to make our stay pleasant and was welcoming in every way. The only mild annoyance was the lack of temperature control in the room. The thermostat was not working properly.」

「Upon arrival, my room did not look like it was clean matter of fact.I know my bathroom was not clean.There was hair on the bathroom floor the water was leaking from behind the toilet. So there was a puddle of water. My entire stay again. Your staff was very friendly and nice, but the fact that I paid $209, and I had been in a dirty room with no working TV. Yes, they offered to move me rooms, but we were already in there. This all should have been checked out before we got there and again. We...
