「They refused Me the room. They said they Only do walk-in. I said I had Booked the room on-line and they said TOO Bad and to leave the motel . They said the booking in-line cost charges a fee and that they will not allow.at to happen」

「Had not stayed here before. Looks like very recent total update of hotel. Always liked Fairfields. Manager was great & helped find nice restaurant for Sunday dinner. Would definately recommend & would stay here again.」

「Staff was very friendly, but the room was not in good condition. The matress was 'broken' with a large divot on one side. The was a whole in the wall as if someone had punched or kicked the wall in (broken plaster). The exterior entrance room door didnt have a working latch/lock. The toilet ran throughout most of the night and the wall sockets had no plates. And lastly the TV had no sound and the remote did not work (it was also broken with pieces hanging off).」

「One star because yes it is a clean hotel. I would not suggest staying more than 1 night and I wouldnt consider it kid friendly. Both neighbors were up partying, screaming, and yelling at each other until 3am. Yes it was a Saturday night, so have fun, but when there are people screaming outside your door and hitting the door everytime they walk by.... you would think the staff (4 feet away) would take care of it. At one point of the night, there were groups of people sitting in their cars with...

「Better value for the money at the other budget hotels in the area. The room was clean but was in need of basic maintenance, the vanity mirror light turned itself on and off often, no fan in the bathroom so it smelled musty, power button was completely missing off air conditioner so I had to stick my finger down into the unit to start the AC. Only positives were the bed was super comfy and no bed bugs! I wouldn't stay again. 」
