“Check in and out was excellent, they were very flexible about meeting times. The apartment was centrally located (but still quiet!) with access to laundry, perfect split ductless AC (different temps in different rooms!), a dishwasher, and plenty of common space. The views from the apartment were amazing. There was a nearby church and bells every 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m (and various other times in between, which seemed to change everyday) which was lovely. “The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. I cannot say enough about the host, Syed! He bent over backward to transport us to where we wanted to go. (We did a cooking class about 15 minutes from the city! I highly recommend.) “Loved staying here and would stay again. Simple furnishings but cosy vibe. Everything we needed was there and grocery shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Loved the neighbourhood. All the main sites in Florence to visit are within walking distance. We parked our car at garage within 100 metres (35 Euros per day) and only used it when we went out to visit countryside towns in Tuscany.
