空間寬敞，單人床可以睡1大1小很舒服。建議早餐可以放一些方桌，現在出遊的都小家庭，全部都圓桌很擁擠，而且浪費座位，其餘環境和房間大小都很不錯

中規中矩的住宿環境

三人房的床舒適蠻大的，枕頭也有多備用的可使用，早餐的樣式多為中式餐點，選擇較少，房間內的室內拖鞋為夾腳拖鞋穿著的舒適度較差，如果能有其它款式的室內拖鞋會更棒

整體的環境與服務都不錯，早餐也還不錯，有保留電動車車位可以免費充電，但不會特別以三角錐做保留，所以外出需自行移置三角錐以便保留充電車位。

整體來說不錯

4人房空間寬敞，窗外景色優美，免費運動休閒設施讓大人小孩玩的很開心，美中不足的是飯店的枕頭睡久了會太扁，起床覺得肩頸痠痛，還有吹風機風量太小，要吹很久頭髮才會乾。

到達飯店門口時無服務人員引導(沒人)、自行進入大廳時也無服務人員(沒人)、到大廳櫃台時服務人員一人電話中一人背對顧客，還是我們自行呼叫服務人員才有人理我們，但總體而言評價仍屬不錯，飯店很新設施也很乾淨，第二天早餐時餐廳服務人員態度及服務都很好~

希望跟陸客要分開樓層, 不然根本睡不了

如果A棟沒有開放給陸客住或者某些樓層不開放給陸客, 我很願意到訪嘉義時再次入住, 入住時有特別交代要安靜房間不要跟陸客住同一層, 結果晚上十一點離我好幾間遠的客房, 陸客哄堂大響的說話! 根本不能睡啊!! 就不能讓我們其他旅客安靜的睡一覺放鬆嗎？這個問題就沒法解決嗎?! 很常到嘉義, 也喜歡這的環境, 但這趟實在太失望了, 希望改進

when we arrived, the hotel staff did not found our reservation. After a while, they found it but no room which we resvered. the hotel staff make up grade for us, after all, it was good way to go. just took a while.
