Decent place. Would stay again.

A tad underwhelming at $96/night but covered the three basics I was looking for: clean bed, working A/C, and a working refrigerator. Not the worst neighborhood, but plenty of transients about in the parking lot and stairwells all evening. Also a sheriff that sat in the middle of parking lot with his car idling away for hours on end, but never exiting his vehicle or interacted with anyone. Just don’t stay here. Do not recommend.

This place was so run down and dirty. There was an old bar of soap in the shower, stains on all towels and sheets, hair on the sheets, the door safety lock doesn’t close all the way, beds are like blocks, everything is so outdated by 30+ years. I’m surprised the hotel chain allows this to stay open. When leaving, the front desk clerk asked me “tip for me? Multiple times! Absolutely not.

Wouldn't recommend.

It was very noisy most of the night. The outside lights were so bright it looked like daylight in our room. The traffic was noisy. I heard a drill at 3:30 in the morning.
