We missed our flight at Midway. We were stressed and your gal at the desk was so helpful and compassionate. We appreciated that. The room was clean and welcoming. It did smell a little musty.

The hotel is very old the service maid veri pur we stai for 2 days and the garbage still in the room the towel was left on the floor whit not change it You have to pay for parking $24 a day The breakfast we didn't reach because they starting at 7:00 am and we have to be at the facility at 7:15 am and the lady said you can't take anything till 7:00 am For us never again

It was a comfortable stay, friendly front desk staff, and a 12noon check out. However, housekeeping wouldn't give me a large trash bag told me the pile of trash was ok and then charged me a $150 clean up fee. I tied up the small trash bags and placed everything together for a easy clean up for myself but the housekeeper said thats ok. I could have easily thrown trash out with no problem.

The only problem that I had is that I had to pay to park where I rent a room from.They need to put that into stipulations.So people will not rent a room that is just ridiculous.I went around and I have to pay to park outside where I rent it.The room from never again
