Great location, comfortable beds, very affordable, clean room, housekeeping services were excellent and friendly. FYI there are no hair dryers and the breakfast is instant oatmeal and dry cereals. I don't recommend the coffee. I would definitely stay again.

Loved the old school look of the motel. The remote being attached to the nighttable was a bit awkward. I did end up spraining my foot after tripping on the step outside our room door. Could have had more options at breakfast, but overall a pretty decent place and price for the one night I stayed.

This was an excellent stay, greatly surprised upon arrival due to price point. The pictures on expedia, while fine, undersold this little place. It is an older place, quite basic, but very well kept. The rooms were extremely clean, even windows were clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was convenient to keep us near downtown, but not IN downtown chaos. My only complaint would be the noise, and this was one night, our first in chicago...the city itself is just noisy. I dont know that the motel can help that much.

The room and the property were spotlessly clean! Yes, it’s a bit dated but so clean it makes a difference! I do not like motels! But this motel was very nice, felt safe, however you should check the windows. One outside facing window was difficult to get locked. The bathroom so die wouldn’t lock but had a metal grate covering. It was quite a night, beds comfy, hot water/good pressure. You can’t find a 106 dollar a night room including parking…anywhere near Chicago so it’s a real deal!

This is a basic MOTEL. It's clean and only 1 block to catch the #22 bus to get to Wrigley. Perfect for an overnight stay when you don't plan on being in the room to do anything but sleep. Cost is perfect. Parking is easy. Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Bus is $2.50.

Well, the room was a clean, no frills room. As far as the "continental breakfast" goes, I can't give my input because I had to leave before it was served. It was in a decent neighborhood ( I walked 15 minutes from the subway stop at 10:00 PM to the hotel, and felt perfectly safe) The only thing that needs to be said is that the hotel is located on a VERY BUSY corner, so as a result you can hear the vehicles outside pretty much all night long AND you get serenaded quite often by the comings and goings of a nearby fire station.
