This is a basic MOTEL. It's clean and only 1 block to catch the #22 bus to get to Wrigley. Perfect for an overnight stay when you don't plan on being in the room to do anything but sleep. Cost is perfect. Parking is easy. Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Bus is $2.50.

This is an EXCELLENT no frills affordable place to stay. Very well maintained and well run place. Just to set expectations, it is dated and off the beaten path, but I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

It's a motel so it's a bit dated (non-issue for me, like staying in places that have some character to them), but the room was absolutely spotless. And it's in a great location. Green line stop right down the street, and thorndale Red line stop is not a far walk. I would absolutely stay here again

The property is definitely aging. The rooms could use a refresh and upgrade to the amenities. The hotel stated it had breakfast in the morning and all that was available was cereal and a pot of coffee.

Convenient location to what I needed. Accommodations were decently clean. Basic amenities, but no fridge or microwaves in room. Check in was horrible. Even though my reservation was correct, hotel recorded incorrect dates and did not have a room ready for me at check in. Requested I pay additional for an "extra night" instead of correcting the dates on their end. Then asked me to check out the next morning and check back in for the current booking. Took over an hour to sort out.

It was very clean and everything worked really well. The manager was awesome. He switched my TV when the TV didn’t work and let me have the room in the corner where it was quiet. I will definitely go back there again. It was wonderful.

When I stay at a hotel, the minimum I expect is a decent night of rest. That's the purpose of staying there. The air conditioning did not work and at midnight the office was closed with no one in sight. At 2:30 am I got up and opened the door to my room to get a cross breeze. Not much. I saw someone walking about in the office and managed to wrestle a fan. So, not only was the room hot but it's incredibly noisy. It's one of the worst places I've stayed. Upon checking out, I shared so with the same person who checked me in. He reacted by not even looking up.
