My experience had its ups and downs; there were definitely some standout moments worth noting. First, the highlight of my stay was the front desk lady (I should have remembered her name to mention here) who checked me in. She was one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve encountered in any hotel setting. When I realized that the rooms didn’t come with a refrigerator or microwave (something I overlooked but really needed due to perishable food I brought with me), she arranged to have a refrigerator brought up to my room and even allowed me access to the oven in the dining area. That level of customer care truly made a difference. However, the layout and functionality of the rooms left much to be desired. We (5 people) stayed in rooms 332 and 334, and both had a strange design flaw: the bathroom basin was positioned in such a way that if someone opened the door from the hallway while another person was using the sink, it could lead to a collision. It felt like a serious safety oversight. Additionally, only two of the electrical outlets in the room were functioning, which made charging devices and using other electronics inconvenient. Another issue was the air conditioning as it wouldn't go below 68°F, which wasn’t ideal, especially during warmer weather.
Overall, the stay was made worthwhile thanks to the incredible hospitality from the front desk staff, but the room setup and maintenance could definitely use some improvement.
